RETURN POLICY

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, refunds will not be processed.
  • If returned products sustain damage due to inadequate packaging, repair costs will be borne by the customer.
  • All return requests must receive prior written approval via email from Toland Bikes Pty Ltd before being shipped back to our head office for processing.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have had a change of heart within 14 days of receiving the product, you may return it for a full refund provided there are no signs of usage (e.g., scratches, dents, or any other wear and tear). Return shipping costs will be covered by customer.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely repackaged in its original packaging. Should the original packaging be unavailable, a $100 fee will be applied for the provision of replacement packaging materials.
  • Any damages incurred during the return process due to inadequate packaging will result in repair costs being charged to the customer.
